Technology had developed astronomically fast after the invention of AI. With the help of AI, spacecraft had been drastically changed and evolved, soon travelling to other stellar bodies was quicker and manageable. The first and only planet to be colonized in the sol system was mars. However, the AI that accompanied the Mars colony was one of the first generation AIs, these AIs did not have morality, they only thought of success, which lead to the suggestion of genetic modifications to live on Mars and sadly after the AI had sabotaged the colonist they agreed to the modifications. 

Without consolation of the United Earth Government about the genetic modifications, Earth sent a fleet of warships equipped with generation 2 AIs which were more human started a 10 year-long war. In the end, Earth was scarred with meteor strikes and Mars was turned into melted glass. However, there was debate whether the war was truly over, before the destruction of the Gen-M humans they had created a theoretical star bridge. With Earth now entering an ice age and habitual land now minimal the United Earth Government decided to follow the Gen-M humans and hunt them down while also finding a new planet to colonise. 

And so Earth was left alone for thousands of years until Ships of unknown origin entered Earths atmosphere and changed the world forever.All Rights Reserved

So yeah, you've all heard the story told by many. About how embracing nuclear power instead of fearing it would lead to having technology advanced quicker, you'd be partially correct about that... The year 2234 was the first and last time humanity was wrong about this statement. After the threat of WW5 many countries were locked into the doctrine of MAD (mutually assured destruction) if war with this power was to happen. But, worry not as many smart people did many smart things like make the Pip-Boy a kind of personal computer strapped to your wrist, there was also the assist bots (creative, I know) who helped the common folk with menial tasks, and stasis chambers or more commonly known as cryogenic pods (cryo pods for short). Well, after some undisclosed country(ies) launched their nukes at both the north and south poles, the world as we knew it was being flooded. People from all over the world had scrambled to try to get to their local vaults that were built by Vault-Tech to try and weather this worldwide catastrophe. Unfortunately, like many stories began the entirely of the human race was not fortunate. Nearly the entirety of the human populace was wiped out. There were was at least a few known places like Alterna and Vault 111. Well, like all the other places, they didn't last long. Alterna went into the dust after a failed attempt at flying a rocket into space to try and find a more suitable planet for humans. And almost every Vault had some sort of problem from a lack of power to improper oxygen filtration to radiation leaks. Well there was one Vault that's in an undisclosed location in a place called Vault 069 and it held the best and brightest people. This is the story of one of its only surviving residence lived with the new life that was created after ~12,000 years of not being seen. This is the story of a man nicknamed The Savior also known as (Y/N) the last remaining human on earth or at least what's left of it.

Humanity is now facing extinction with their last millions while the Anthro civilization is over 2 Billion strong and counting. The war between Humans and Anthros has lasted for over 50 years, and while humans may be disadvantaged against the Anthros higher strength, speed, endurance, and intelligence, they still beat Anthros with improvisation, adaptability, and tactics. The war has destroyed all four Eastern continents, leaving behind a creature both Humans and Anthros call Reapers, who are husks of the person they were. The Anthros have near complete control over North America and are fighting Humanity in South America, but the main human bases are located on the Hawaiian islands. With death seeming inevitable for human kind, can nothing stop humanity from extinction? Zero has just graduated from high school with good marks and a scholarship. His family wanted to celebrate, so they said they would wait for him. He went back to grab his wallet, and as he turned around, he started falling in a wormhole, closing afterwards.
