B. Bennett has been working along with Sam Wilson most of her life. They both helped Steve Rogers with the attack of Washington D.C. But after finding Bucky Barnes, B. grows some hatred towards him and so did he.
That hatred diminishes and eventually become best friends, but there will always be a though break, preventing from something happening between the two.
