Long ago humanity spanned the void controlling a significant portion of the known galaxy. It was a golden age for mankind. They possessed incredible technology, technology that was practically indistinguishable from what most would consider magic. It was an age of wonders but as history would have it, all things must come to an end. This story takes place after the end. A once powerful and mighty civilization now succumbed to a hallow shell of what it once was. What could have caused this? A question many have asked but only a few could ever truly know the truth behind the ancestors demise.
