69.96% of the world population gain special abilities called Factors and is labeled as Ranked which is divided into 3 categories; Alpha, Beta and Omega. Alpha are strong and powerful Factor users who work with a Home Based Speical Forces also know as Heros ; while Beta are weak in power and normally work in public sectors as civilians such as Police Officers, Construction Workers, ect. Omega is a title for either Alpha or Beta who turned to crime or is against the very foundation of the law; these individuals are also known as Villains. 

Story take place with a young girl named Zella who was out casted and join the Omega special alliance. She and her best friend must Infiltrate the #1 Academy for Heros as a mission. Will she get revenge? Get captured? Or have a change in heart?
