Life hits us in unexpected and disappointing ways, but it can also provide us with all the happiness in the world. A story of romance, hurt, betrayal, and happiness.

"Ro I'm your brother, I'm not just going to leave you here. Let's go, I'm taking you home." I took his arm and slung it around my shoulder and headed outside the station to my truck. I loaded Rowan into my truck. I ran around to the driver's side and started driving to our house.
I lugged Rowan into our front door and dragged him up the stairs to his room. I helped him lay in his bed and turned to leave. Just as I was about to shut the door Rowan murmured, "Zeke I'm really sorry."
I sighed and turned to leave as I mumbled under my breath "you always are."
