Ah, therapy. For Bucky Barnes, it hasn't been all that therapeutic. But, for once, his shrink might have had a good idea. She's suggested that he keep a journal of everything he can remember since the 40's. And he does it. Painstakingly, Bucky hand writes his account of the war, Hydra, and the personal battle that came after.
He does it. But not because some passive aggressive government tool said it'd make his brain better.
He does it for her.

"He was the first person I ever fell for, he was also the first person who ever broke my heart." When Alaska reappears after the blip her aunt refuses to let her back into her childhood home. With nowhere else to go Sam lets Alaska stay with him until she decides what to do next. What Alaska doesn't know is that Sam also extends his hospitality to a certain Ex-assasin. When Alaska meets Bucky for the first time she is mesmerized. Not only by his looks but also by his kind and caring soul. Still battling the demons of his past, Bucky doesn't want anyone to get hurt anymore-especially not Alaska. But she has a way of wiggling herself through the cracks of the wall he has built around his heart and it is hard to stay away from her. This is a short little story I wrote this summer and its also the first story I have ever written...so please be nice to me lol.
