Alex Mercer. They call him a killer, a monster, a Terrorist. Or at least they did. His dad, Justin, was forced to create the blacklight virus when Alex was just ten. After being a pawn for a year he decided to get out of it with his sister Salina. They found that a purge was about to be commented so Justin took Alex and Dana, his daughter. They were cornered by Blackwatch. Justin, In fit of rage, threw the vile on the floor. Releasing the virus upon Manhattan. Alex becomes the Prototype, and saves New York from annihilation. But at a very high price. His last family and friend dying to Blackwatch. At least that was what he thought. Now it turns out he has a uncle. With everything he has seen, what he has done, can he be in a family again? And not any family, but the avenger family.

She was confused, but when she seen the blood on the boy's arm, she grabbed his arm to inspect the mark, only to watch as a white glow came from her hand, and his arm slowly healed. She had never had that happen before, so she was as shocked as the boy, as well as a little scared. She kept the secret to herself, until her father had been hurt during one of his filming scenes. When he was bringing the girl out to dinner for the night, she decided to tell him everything. At first, he didn't believe her, but when she healed the fractured bones in his hand, he seemed to believe her. Though she only planned for him and the spider boy to know about her powers, a man was watching from afar and seen exactly what the girl could do.
