Claire Brown had a normal life until about two years ago. Having a one night stand gone wrong, leaving her with no one to look to. She moves her life and plans to start new. Being a hopeless romantic and wanting nothing more than her own fairytale,  she vows that this year, will be different!

Keagon Blake is having a hard time. He has made it a point to everyone who is interested, he is done with woman. He has loved, and lost, and doesn't want a repeat. He has all he needs. But when a passionate Kindergarten teacher catches his attention, he will have to remember exactly why he doesn't want a woman in his life.

Things start to get weird for Claire. She is getting calls with people threathening her then hanging up. What happens when destruction strikes. When everything she does have, is taken from her? Who can she turn to when everyone has already abadoned her? She will have to realize that the fairytale she hoped for could be forever, lost!
