in this book I'm questioning, overthinking, explaining, defining and describing life as in some poetry style. poems about life what you may desire, admire and truly seek you could find in here presented and beautifully written as poem. relaxing to read at the same time it can include not so happy parts that are about depression, anxiety, anger, heartbreak and loss. the truth of life written down in here. nothing more. enjoy. :)

I loved you so much it made me ugly, now all I have are the broken pieces of who I was before you.

I've tried to release this pain in so many different ways; But writing about you seems to be one of my faves. I don't understand how I find closure When I know it only lasts until the poem is over. Somehow it feels like some sort of imaginary relief to my reality. As if, the pain I feel only exists until the words are free. I know how crazy it may seem Because the heartbreak will always be there; And I will never un-feel what you've done to me.

i went through heaven and hell experiencing love, war, lies, hate, heartbreaks and recovery. every change, wound or memory has its meaning, and "red" explains this, in the most tragic way i could ever fit my words in.

Hurt and frightened and no where to turn except for my journal. Curse words being streamed at me and you would have thought I had a father for a sailor. ~E.M.C Many poems focusing on the subject of Mental Illness, that many suffer with and the subject just isn't brought up enough. Poems focusing on a day in the shoes of a person with a mental illness and how some even ordinary simple tasks may seem not so simple to them. There may be some uplifting poems but also raw ones filled with real emotions, things I've experienced. \\ Notes from me the poet: Some aren't all poems I guess you could say but these are my feelings and maybe some of you can relate :) feel free to comment or message me with any questions, feedback or suggestions I greatly appreciate anything!
