Aurora Karev is the twin sister of Alex Karev. The two had been inseparable since the day they were born as every challenged they faced was together. To say Aurora Karev had an easy life would be a complete lie. As her father left her and Alex to look after their mom and younger siblings. Also her mom was schizophrenic which meant both Alex and Aurora had to step up for their younger siblings Aaron and Amber.Aurora grows close to one particular green eyed surgeon who she had gone to med school with as they both reunited as the merger happens as they develop feeling for each other however many obstacles get in the way.
