When Naruto was born he was still human but due to the Nine tails, who got sealed into him he slowly started to change. Both mentally and physical. At first it was only his appetite, that slowly started lessing. When walking through the streets he was called "a monster" and "a beast that should die" but for a different reason then not being able to consume human food. And when he turned 4 he had grown an extra organ called a Kagune. He also had blood red eyes with a black iris. He could activated and deactivated his Kagune and red eyes switching between his orginail green eyes. But the biggest change was that his only foodsource was turned into Human Flesh.

"The thing I wished for hurt my whole family. I brought all this suffering down on my family because I made a wish to protect everyone without knowing how to do it. A disappointment like me should have never existed in the first place." _Uzumaki Boruto. Without any sleep or properly taking care of himself, Boruto slowly slipped into multiple mental and physical illnesses, eventually attempting to kill himself. He was saved by Tsunade and Sakura. Slowly everyone found out about Boruto's depression and other illnesses and try to help him. Will Boruto accept the help? Or will he continue to try 'save' the world all by himself? The day where the Kyuubi attack Konoha Minato sealed the Kyuubi's chakra inside of the Naruto younger siblings while he only has the soul of the Kyuubi. Ever since then they all receive a lot of attention to there family and the village leaving Naruto alone with no one else he had 2 friends who was always by his side until they turned there backs into him which result something inside of him started to break, not the seal of the Kyuubi something else. As on his way home he heard his parents and suppose god father talking about the prophecy about there children who were Menma and Nasumi they were wondering why Naruto wasn't there but Jiraya explained that he is not important so they come up to train the younger siblings the parents were hesitate at first but agreed not knowing that Naruto heard every single detail which result something Naruto felt something break, as the kyuubi inside of him notice this as which made him look at his Jailer who suddenly appeared in front of the seal gate he then notice something different on his eyes which shock him "I never thought that I'd live to see it again" Then Naruto lift his head and look at the Kyuubi with no fear nor hate just Emotionless "The Emperor Dojutsu"
