Wisteria

(Based on some of my DND characters)

In a world consumed by Primal Chaos, Trix Tallman - a Mountain Dwarf alongside her lover Obam - a Half-Orc, gives birth under a magical Wisteria (Spirit) Tree.

After giving birth to her daughter, Wisteria, Trix makes the heart-wrenching decision to give up her daughter to Obam. So, they both could have safe passage to a Hidden Village. Through means of an illuminated path created by the Wisteria (Spirit) Tree.

This Hidden Village was home to an Indigenous community. Here, Obam raises Wisteria into young adulthood with help from the community. She was highly honored in the community and was even given another name by the Elders.

'Manidoowaadizi' - meaning "She who has a Spiritual Nature."

Just shy of her 20th birthday, Wisteria develops the overwhelming urge to search for her mother and to find answers to all the questions she'd been asking herself since she was a young child:

"Why did my mom give me away,"
"Did she love me?"
"Was I even supposed to exist?"

Alongside a pet owl named KooKoo'oo
and a fox named Vulpex, Wisteria leaves her home community she'd known her entire life and ventures out to find answers and reunite with the mother that sacrificed their relationship to save her.

However, the nature of the outside world, she'll realize, is very different from what she'd been used to.
Will she be able to find all the answers she's looking for,

Or will the Primal Chaos that has plagued her world for so long -- the Primal Chaos that she was born in the midst of; snuff out any chance she had of finding her mother.
