By the way, there is only going to be one chapter since this is a short story. I had originally wrote it in a Google Doc's but it was decent so I decided to post it on here. If I think of another angst idea, I might post a new story(My specialty is Kaeya and Diluc angst.)

Actual story description:
As Kaeya takes a stroll outside of the city for a bit to ponder, he is met with something he didn't expect as he attempts to return.

Kaveh smiled a little at the question, almost letting out a chuckle, "You're being awfully nice." He says as his voice trails off at the last words. "Should I be concerned?" Kaeya fears Diluc's vermillion eyes. He has ever since the other man returned to Mondstadt 2 years ago. He ignored it at the time, hoping it was a stupid irrational fear that would fade.
