After finding out about her condition, Stella Riley Romero's will to live slowly fading. L was there at the very beginning of her writing career and became one of the people that Stella relies on. But despite how close they were, they are still anonymous to each other.

Both became closer and closer as days passed by, and L's feelings for Stella also grew like a new blooming flower. And when Stella was finally able to touch the real world once again, L became worried for his chance for some reason. Afraid to lose the person he admired the most, without even thinking twice, L started chasing Stella slowly by showing signs of affection towards the latter.
