Anyone who is homeless, unemployed or just not on good terms with the government is killed. This solves climate change, greenhouse gasses, world hunger, diseases (yes, covid) and, of course, overpopulation. But it's not that simple, well, it could be, but what fun would that be?
In a society where heirachy, money, marriage and fame is everything, only the richest can afford to play the game of cat and mouse, a cold hearted killing game. The reward, 1 million dollars, fame and a life of luxury.

People that breathed in certain gasses survive bringing the population to about 2 million . To raise human populations the government passes a law that once a child can produce children they must be paired married and produce children. Cleo is one of the few survivors and is incurious with this law. Why can't she just marry someone she loves? To make matters worse scientist create a twin solution that would rise population even faster. They wouldn't be saying their idea was brilliant if they had to do it.Complete
