MJ Allen lives a lonely life.
She's a 10th grader at Cornwell High School, and ever since she transferred there two years ago, she's kept to herself.
Until she meets the new kid - a boy with dark hair and piercing green eyes. Slowly, their friendship evolves into what the other believes is unrequited love... but both of them are hiding a tragic past that prevents them from confessing. Isn't it normal to be worried about losing a friend?
