What would happen if the Revenge of the Sith happened differently? What is the battle on Mustafar happened differently? What if Anakin escaped alive and wasn't found years later. What if the Jedi and the Republic got a new army to fight the Clones and Separatist? After the battle Anakin escapes and is later arrested for twenty years before he escapes, still corrupt by the dark side.

What if Ahsoka took care of Luke and Leia ? This story presents an alternative version of the conclusion of the Episode III of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. The idea to develop that story came in my head after seeing the gorgeous fanart made by the very talented arbor_draws on Instagram where Ahsoka holds with one hand Luke's and with the other Leia close to her chest. The pivotal moment is the duel on Mustafar between Vader and Obi-Wan. In this story, Anakin is victorious and brings Padme back with him to save her. Fron that moment, everything changes for the Skywalker family, and for those who are closed to them, especially Anakin's former padawan, Ahsoka Tano. To read this Fanart, you must have seen the Prelogy, but also the Siege of Mandalore Arc in Season 7 of Clone Wars. Some concepts are also developed in the Star Wars Rebels series. Please keep in mind that I'm trying as hard as I can to make the whole story enjoyable to read, but english is not my native language. It was said before...dark times approach as the sun and the moon go by, and it was true. Everyone that could, as well as everyone that couldn't, were able to feel it somehow. That darkness felt like a knot in the throat, a tickle in the pit of the stomach, a shiver in the bones...and it felt closer. The Clone Wars continued to escalate and they seemed to have no end, our heroes grew tired everyday and wondered if this could be called "a life" anymore; their happiness seemed to last merely seconds, specially since the team no longer is what it once was. However, not everything is sadness, not everything is sorrow. There's also love, there's also happiness, and most importantly, there's hope. Hope that everything will get better, hope that there could be a bright future for the Galaxy and it's inhabitants. The questions that remained were if this light could defeat the darkness, if good could overcome evil, if people could remain happy, if love was really the strongest power, if angels could turn into demons and if those angels could defeat demons or if demons could turn back into angels. There's only one way to find out, by travelling through the second part of this story. We'll watch the Battle of the Heroes, we'll listen to the Duel of the Fates and we'll see if there's a New Hope. We'll see if good prevails or if it is defeated by the shadows once and for all. Anakin Skywalker will not become Darth Vader. Not yet, anyway. Padmé saved him from a lifetime of regret by pulling him out of the fateful battle between Mace Windu and Chancellor Palpatine. But at some point, he still has to decide if his heart lies with the Jedi or the Sith. Palpatine, undeterred by the loss of his potential apprentice, still devises a way to create the Empire and wipe out the vast majority of the Jedi. He sends various threats directly to Anakin and Padmé to convince them that they and their newborn children are in danger. Fearing for their safety, they split. For years, Anakin and Leia wander throughout the galaxy, dodging the Empire and searching for a greater purpose. Meanwhile, Padmé raises Luke while working with Bail Organa and Mon Mothma to lead the fight against the oppressive Galactic Empire. Anakin is constantly tempted by the Dark Side. Padmé struggles to help the Rebels succeed. Their children mean everything to both of them. The story also features other characters we all know and love, such as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka Tano, Han Solo, and Boba Fett. Most of the story takes place 7 years after Revenge of the Sith. Please note that I would never change the canon; this story is intended to explore what could have happened, not what should have happened. OCs are used very sparingly. Thanks for reading! He worries without him he will not be able to save his wife from death. Little does he know that Palpitine is a scheming, lying Nerfherder. Padme is pregnant yet is still persuing dangerous ideas. Her Mon Mothma, and Bail Organa agree that the Chancellor is over staying his welcome in office. So they are proposing the idea of a rebellion. Padme and Anakin somehow end up on Padme's Ship from Naboo. And are awaking and crashing. They crash into Tatooine. Little do they know that it is a lot different there than the last time they were there.
