Running, jogging and jumping around in Green Hill zone, little Saiyan runner manages to find an odd rock that is resonating a mysterious power that is somewhat similar to the ones like the Chaos Emeralds except it has specified energy signature he couldn't pinpoint what it is, he then takes the rock home and started to analyzing what the rock can do with a little bit of help from his Uncle, he manages to pinpoint where it came from and takes a visit to this unknown Universe.
However, what he found is an Earth not too different from what he is in but with a few differences... Why is one part of the city is floating above the city?
