This is my daily thoughts every night. Some nights are better than others. Keep in mind that I write down my thoughts so the grammar is off (by a lot) but depression is one thought after another and I just can't stop typing until I have wrote down all my thoughts. There is no ending to each night. It just stops. These thoughts are very random and don't really connect with each other but it's what goes threw my mind each night. 
So if you ever wanted to know this is what it is like the have depression.
