In a world plagued by only demons and no angels, what is a girl to do?

Emma Weylin was a normal girl with a normal life. At least, as normal it can be when you're an artist with a wayward mother. But when a demon attack renders her entire life upside down, exposing her dormant powers, Emma is faced with the reality that her life may not be so normal after all, and it's not so easy to tell the light from the dark when you have darkness within yourself.
