Steve, Lyla and Bucky have been the best of friends since Bucky found Steve and Lyla getting bullied in an alleyway in 1930, Bucky was born in 1917 and Steve and Lyla were born in 1918, they all become super soldiers but they go into the ice in 1945 and come out an odd 70 years or so later and they become the first 3 avengers. 

Lyla was an agent of the strategic scientific reserve and she was the first agent to ever die, also because she is the sister of Captain America but also because she's little miss America.


I made some things different, it's not all the same, the winter soldier doesn't exist.  However Bucky does lose his left arm and king T'challa finds out about the avengers and Bucky losing his arm and offers for his sister to make him a metal arm exactly like the gold and black vibranium arm.


No winter soldier, Bucky doesn't fall to his supposed "death" when they get Zola
