The Golden Princess

Princess Orianna is of the Pure Folk, an ancient and undying race. They who bow down to no god, but Mother Earth and Father Sun; Their creators that took mortal form millions of years ago.

Orianna and her twin brother, Prince Orion, have much to learn about their heritage. But when she is fourteen years old, something inexplicable happens. One thing that gave her pure joy cast her down in shame, so she turned and fled from the only world she had ever known.

Princess Orianna soon experiences a world that was irrevocably alien to her. Even accompanied by Ray, guardian and protector, she becomes frightened and vulnerable. But a chance-meet with a girl named Solace, a courageous woodland maid she learns more about a place that was unknown to her. When she encounters The Others, both she and Ray become captives, Orianna discovers things she could never have imagined.
