I often read things on the internet that have characters with trauma. In this book I'm going to try and explain some behaviors of people with trauma/people with conflicting emotions. 

This is all from either real life experience or reading well written fan fiction so don't @ me.

You don't have to follow this guide of course, and it might be hard for you to understand or write about these things, so go at your own pace.
