Narihira (aka Nari) had always wanted to open up his own bar. He claimed it would be his new true love after his first love abandoned him and his best friend Anzai never returned his feelings. But as he got to know his new friends/coworkers and his best friend began acting strangely, he wondered if he didn't have to give up on his feelings after all. Maybe there was hope for Anzai to love him back after all these years. 

The story is centered around stories from each character; Narihira Shimohira & Anzai Imamura, Atsutane Hori, Rikiya Kanagaki, Shukishi Nitta, and finally Minoru Ezakiya. 

This story first began in 2019, was slightly edited in 2021, and was then completely rewritten in 2024. I hope you enjoy this more refined version of the story!
