Heyo guys, Pluto here! Decided to post a really old thing for an OC of mine I wrote! I really wanted to flesh out my oc and more of their personality with the teeniest bit about their Quirk but I didn't know where to start. But, when I got a school assignment that was basically writing fanfic, it definitely gave me the perfect place to start!
