Blake Anderson lives on the cut of the Outer Banks. Both her parents died years back, so all she has is her younger brother Austin. Blake spent the last 3 months in rehabilitation. She's back in the OBX for the summer and her plan is to have a good time all the time, and with the help of some uncertain substances and few teenagers, it shouldn't be that difficult.
