Velvetown is a strange little village off the shores of Germareny. This is an odd place, outcast from society due to their strange beliefs.
The village is preparing for their corrination of their new king- the dragon king, in a ceremony called the "Awakening". Curious outsiders visit and the ponies of the village are preparing for this very important event.

Any who, Greetings! Yep just like the title says this will be another story of a 16-year-old boy called Y/N (aka Your Name in case you didn't know) and he finds himself in the world of My Little Pony, fun... right...? I'm going to let some things clear first. First, the character will be someone who is always kindhearted and fun, but when needed to he will get serious. Two, he will not be an extremely OP character like in most stories, but he will still have various tricks up his sleeve, or hooves in this case I suppose. Finally, I just want to make it clear that I am still in school and might not post very often, but I make a Pinkie promise to you guys that in the scenario in which I need to stop the story, it will at least be at the end of a season and not in the middle, like I see it happen in some stories ;-;. He's kept to himself most of his life, only making friends in special circumstances. Most ponies that he befriends either mistreat him or leave him, with little variation. Zolt is the first pony to approach him on even marginally polite grounds, let alone to actively try to befriend him and introduce him to her friend group. He isn't remotely used to having friends that are seemingly this accepting of him, let alone enthusiastic to be around him. This story takes place in my Tyran MLP AU, which takes place several thousand years after the show ends. Title and descriptions subject to change.

I've been really into this new mlp trend, I even drew some of the ponies that will be in the story I'm writing but you won't see them till they're relevant to the story. this story follows the Maine 6 during this outbreak, that no one knows how it started or where it came from. it's spreading quickly infecting many and striking fear in everypony. our 6 friends hope they can find a way to stop it before it kills all of Pony kind but.... will they succeed? That is the question on everyponies mind.

But the question starts to raise if anypony in the kingdom knows what they're doing because they aren't handling certain situations properly. It seems that they've become so focused on Abohaty becoming a perfectly well-trained princess when the real issues prevent her from fighting a battle they tried to train her so hard for.
