hi! i honestly don't know what to write here as an intro-
anyways in this book i can show you ways to masculinize your body by working out! i know for me it's helped ease my dysphoria a lot, and i hope it helps you too!
-beginner friendly
you don't have to be transmasc to do this! the workout plan and exercises are mostly for masculinizing your body, but a good bit of the book is an introduction to exercising and a lot of "exercise lingo". i talk about safety, equipment, diets, how muscles are built and more!
