Heaven and Hell are two worlds that live in peace together as they are the only  two worlds that can hold a balance in the human world. Life was peaceful until a threat comes as a cult named the Deadmans wants to release their master to the world and use people's inner demons to make armies of them in order to challenge both Heaven and Hell for power and no matter what they are too strong for any Devil or Angel can defeat.

But a new hero or two new hero's will rise when a human and his inner devil will be the hero's of all three worlds and defeat teh Deadmans and any threats that come at them. They will make allies and enemies but as long they are together, they will win. Their names are Y/n L/n aka Revi and his inner devil named Vice and together they are Kamen rider Revi and Vice!
