Tubbo enters the underworld after falling off a tree and hitting his head. Somehow, he still has his soul intact and now two horrendous demons are after his soul. The water phantom, Ranboo, meets Tubbo and makes it his job to help and protect him throughout his journey to help him return to the living world.
