My personal take on how Marvin and Whizzer, from the musical Falsettos, met. With sporadic references to the show itself to fit the situations, we start out in 1977, two years before Act 1. Marvin takes his 8 year old son, Jason, to a Minor League Baseball game in Brooklyn. After getting a signed ball from the pitcher, Marvin finds himself have a hard time not staring at the player for the rest of the game. Whizzer Brown, number 41 and newest star talent pitcher of the Brooklyn Blue Devils, was the talk of the league. He wasn't only an impressive player, but he was charming, almost too charming for some. Whizzer was on his own path to authenticity in life, living for himself as proudly as he could at the time. Any whiff of a rumor of his 'homosexual habits' could bar him from ever advancing as a pro athlete, and possibly the loss of his career altogether. When he meets a semi-charming but funny and rich father, their passionate affair spirals their lives out of control. Marvin is on the brink of divorce with his wife, Trina, while losing his mind, and falling in love with a man. Poor Jason becoming a partial after thought in it all. - I have A LOT for this prequel novel type fan made story, but I have also written out the musical as a novel with obvious bonus scenes and such. I've debated writing the ending... after curtain. What happens with the family, with Marvin. Where life goes for him... LET ME KNOW x Hope you love these characters as much as I have fallen for them all. This is just a fun project so I hope it's a fun read !!

~under revision, so bear w the errors pls~ Giving up is a choice. But sometimes, it feels right, doesn't it? Cheryl Blossom was the only heir of their legacy after her younger sister died. Her parents were now based in France, taking care of their Clothing Company leaving her alone in Riverdale. She grew up surrounded by business people, but even if she was soon to be the head of the Maple Syrup Factory, she despised anything about it for reasons of contradicting her passion. She would always get what she wants at any time of the day. But even how much amount of money she had in her pocket, she felt like an outcast. She resorted to relying on her bad habits in hopes of relieving the pressure on her vice-induced head. Her luxurious life in the Northside still couldn't fill the void she had even though her situation was considered 'heaven' compared to the people living in the Southside. One of the Southsiders and a member of the Serpents, there was a girl named Toni Topaz. She's a woman driven by passion, who kept fighting through the tough lines of the road. For some reason, they were designed to get closer to each other. There was a purpose. How would you know if two people are compatible for each other?
