"She was like a fruit in a way-you craved her all the time, but even more when you needed her. I wanted her attention all day and everyday, but I needed it at my worst because I knew she'd love me in ways no one ever did."

Throughout her early childhood, Lilith lost both her parents. Her single aunt took her in, but she still had to fend for herself because of her childish behaviors. Once she turned 14, Lilith became emancipated from her aunt and lived on her own, taking care of her own bills, working everyday of the week but Friday, going to school, basically everything an adult had to do. The only support she had ever recieved was from her best friend, Cedric. Then, suddenly, when her school's mysterious and bone chilling bad boy decides to go to the one class they have together, she unknowingly sparks an interest in someone who's never had anything to do with the concept of love.

The school may have had its staff, but they were ruled by the almighty London De la Croix, the bad boy. He marched through the halls with a mean look on his face and gave the most brutal beatings, no matter what size you were. The scars all over his body served as warning signs to never interfere with his buisness. However, little did the students know, London was Lucifer himself on his own time, as he led his family's mafia as the boss, being the only one of the De la Croix family left. At only 17, he had a whole empire at his feet. Overall, London was as heartless as his spine tingling stare looked, but that same stare is what caused him to become so drawn to a girl he didn't know at all. Even though he had no idea how to navigate these feelings or at least knew why he had them in the first place, he didn't plan on hiding them.
