The story within The Shade

Set in a fantasy world but is technologically advanced, the story focuses on the city of Nyxborn, a technologically advanced city that focuses on technology than brute strength. Often creating powerful war machines, weapons and armour when the nations are at war or battle, but more specifically the story will focus on the undercity a series of linked subterranean spaces connected by tunnels called the Shade a dystopian place where crimes of all nature take place.

The main character will be a master thief called Mabel who was trained by her mercenary brother and taken under the wing of a secret organisation called the eyes as well as Keith Amarillis a noble part of House Amarillis sent to the undercity investigating the disappearance of people from the upper city and whisper of a cult.

After meeting, what they find will change their lives for the better or worse.
