[soulmate au] izuku midoriya, diagnosed as quirkless at the age of 4, on top of that, he has this rare condition regarding his right eye, the eye which was supposed to determine specific things involving the whole 'soulmate' lore. being quirkless + having this condition isn't exactly what would be included in a '"dream life". he was heavily bullied and he'd get constant death threats.
what if he met a friend? they got along well.. but his friend suddenly disappeared, leaving only a note and 2 butterfly pins for izuku..
what if they crossed paths again? when his friend offered izuku a new life, will he accept? was his friend's offer, the ticket to leaving this hell he has been living?
what if he got a new family? a new family, who loves him to the moon and back? a new family, who treats him right? a new family, who'll be his pillar(s) to support him whenever he needs it? a new family.. he has always wanted?

Midoriya Izuku was ambitious. He always pushed until he fell. He never gave up, not once did he fall and stay down. Not even when his idol told him that his dream was illogical--that in reality he will only get in the way. So he made a set of recordings and set up an anonymous channel. He approached many people and asked them variants of the same question: "Can a quirkless person become a hero?" No matter the answer though, he was broken inside. His dreams and hopes were shattered a long time ago. But he isn't ready to take a swan dive just yet. He wants to meet one person who will tell him that he is not useless. That he can be a hero. And after that moment, he will decide if he's ready to take a swan dive off the roof of a building or not. Some of the chapters will be quite triggering.
