As Christmas magic blankets Adventure Bay, the Paw Patrol is swept into the festive spirit while preparing for the town's annual holiday festival. Amid the holiday cheer, strange phenomena begin to plague the town: enchanted snowmen spring to life, icy winds whip through the streets, and whispers of an ancient Christmas Witch spread fear among the pups. Legends tell of a cursed artifact, the Frost Charm, buried deep within the snowy peaks near Adventure Bay, a charm that once belonged to the witch herself. When Skye and Sweetie are accidentally swept into a blizzard while investigating these strange occurrences, they find themselves trapped in an abandoned Frost Cavern. Forced to rely on one another to survive, the two grapple with their unresolved feelings, past misunderstandings, and a growing bond neither can deny.
But danger looms larger than either of them realize. The Frost Charm is real, and the Christmas Witch, a vengeful spirit from a long-forgotten tale, has returned to reclaim it. When Skye inadvertently awakens the charm's power, she becomes the witch's next target. Sweetie, torn between her past selfishness and her new desire to protect Skye, steps up to face not only the witch's magic but also the distrust of the Paw Patrol. With Christmas Eve fast approaching, the pups must work together to stop the Christmas Witch before her curse consumes Skye, once again, and the holiday spirit itself.
