Rebecca Martinez doesn't trust anyone. Thats mainly because of her parents. Leaving her to fend for herself at 10 and then randomly coming back to collect money. Having just dropped out of college, Rebecca is starting her first novel. She never parties and has only dated someone once. That experience made it so she would never date again, or so she thought.
Max King is the step-brother of Olivia King, Rebecca's best friend. Max is the polar opposite of Rebecca, trusts everyone and parties a lot. He is completely mentally stable with nothing to hide at all, or so it seems.
It seems unlikely that these two would ever meet, but, with some careful planning, it happens. Olivia is romance obsessed and thinks they would be perfect for each other. Setting them up is an issue. They have nothing in common, not even a friend. So how is this gonna be pulled off?
