Felicity Peckman was an average girl. Her father has recently died and her mom has gotten extra shifts at the diner, Beth's in the town they just moved into after losing their home in New Hampshire. She's a freshman at Monson High School and doesn't really belong to any particular group and feels like an outcast. She meets a strange girl named Janet who has a stranger brother named Derek. Derek is Junior like Felicity's older bother York and is always skipping classes. When Felicity falls for the gorgeous Junior strange things begin happening around the town and in her own home. York is more distant than before and is almost never home. Her sophomore sister Claudia is always coming home with a different guy and has come out of her bedroom with bloody hands and blood on her clothes. What is going on in Felicity's house?
