I have always loved tag.

Ever since I was a child, I have always had a fascination with the game. The  hungry glimmer that shines in your eyes as you chase down each child one by one, feeling the adrenaline rush surging through your veins that only seems to be fed by their fearful eyes and the realization that crosses them that they are next.

My mother used to tell me that I took tag too far. It was the only game I ever wanted to play and she said my obsession with it was…unnatural. To me it wasn't a game...it was a hunt. I had n ever felt so much power and attention than when I was hunting down each of my brother's friends, tackling them to the ground one after the other. It felt so good, I could hardly control myself...it became an addiction.

To me...the game never stopped.

𝐕𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐣𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢 𝐗 𝐉𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐯𝐢 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐧. In a world that screams, I stand in despair, My voice drowned out, lost in the air. Chains of tradition tighten each day, I long to escape, but I'm forced to stay. Each breath I take feels heavy and torn, Every mistake a scar I've worn. I crave a sky where I can be free, Away from the walls that imprison me. For now, I sit with my heart in pain, Silent, yet screaming, again and again. Though shattered, a spark in me still survives, Dreaming of freedom where my soul can rise.
