97 years after the nuclear apocalypse and the remaining human population is in space. When the oxygen starts running out they make the decision to send 100 prisoners to earth. The only catch is that these delinquents are all teenagers. Lilly finds herself in an unfamiliar situation with dangerous people. Is the Earth going to be survivable? Will they make it?
