Kaylie knows 3 people in OBX thanks to her recently deceased mother growing up there and forcing her to go there for Summers.
Those 3 people just happen to be the Kook Princess, Sarah, Sarah's brother, Rafe, and the youngest, Wheezie.
When Kaylie and her dad move to OBX to feel closer to her mother, she meets the "famous" pogues and strikes up an interesting relationship with the one and only JJ Maybank.
Unfortunately for her, JJ seems to hate her but she can't figure out what she ever did to those beautiful eyes, as she never had talked to him until she actually moved to OBX.
Will Kaylie find out what she did to JJ and have a real relationship or are they destined to be enemies for life?
And will a search for gold and John B's missing dad make everything easier or harder?
