Sometimes it can be such a life changing experience; something you may or may not ever get over. In some cases it may last a few seconds a few times a month or even years- to others it may last a few hours or years. It's a battle with your mind that some can't control. One thing anxiety & everyone in the world has in common is that someone will always tell you "It'll be okay', but will it?
