Ten years after the events of the Ghost Stories, Satsuki Miyanoshita finds herself back at her childhood home because her father has fallen ill and is in the hospital. While rummaging around her old room, she finds her mothers ghost journal, with a few extra pages stuffed in. At the hospital, strange things begin to occur and a brain dead patient wakes up.
The gang comes back together again to fight evil spirits, fall in love, discuss born again christians and find their way around a body.
