Reggie is just another average guy from the city's coastline, going about his business as usual. Going to work and purchasing groceries and other necessities. He was never one to stand out in a crowd. Reggie, like the rest of the city, could never get himself to accept the seamen's tales about the mermaids. Also known as the 'killers of the ocean.' But that all changed for him one day when he managed to meet eyes with one. A real life mermaid.
