The story takes place in New York. Barbara has just returned to New York after three years of living in Florida. She meets with her younger sister Ashley, whose been home since she left. Barbara and Ashley's father Zachary died in a car accident while he was driving back home with Barbara, but she never told anyone what really happened to her dad on that night.
