Chicago, 2011: The new reports violence, the government, fighting robots, and utter chaos.
Elena covers her head, ducking down again, awaiting her painful death underneath the foot of one of the large, violent bots. But it never comes. She looks up to see the blue optics of a yellow mecha staring down at her.
Worldwide news, 2012 to 2016: The word is magically being repaired, people live and thrive, all Autobots are being extinguished, people move on.
Elena watches the news every day, sickened by the spread of misinformation. She makes a decision to play double agent. She's going to save Autobots.
2014, KSI laboratories: Two Autobots arrive, one shortly dead, the other very much alive.
Elena knows her job, her calling. The Autobot needs her help. She will save him and she will help him.
2016, KSI laboratories: Reports fly that evening, Autobots are fighting again.
She stares at the device that pinged them before looking at him. He turns his eyes up, looking torn. She moves forward, kissing him for a moment, the mech relaxing a bit as she pulls away. She looks up at him with a mischievous look. "Let's go fuck some people over." She smirks. He sets the device down with one hand, his other arm snaking around her waist, pulling her closer, "Only if I've got my sunshine." He murmurs.
