Barren

In a dark and desolate planet that was once called Earth, and has been devoid of its resources by unknown visitors who came from the skies, a man named Aidan and his child, Thomas, must survive on an deserted and cold environment. After a long and harsh war humanity has been fighting to defend its resources, the planet has been left scourged and the air now smells sour and the sky is grey with ash. The war has been lost, and the ones from the above are now gone, but the planet is no longer the same with over 2/3 of the population obliterated. Earth is now a place of savages and vultures. Is it possible for the man and his child to survive this barren landscape and find safety, or will they give in to the horrors and lose what's left of their humanity.
