Jenny, after losing her mother, and finally fed up with being treated like a freak, decides to become a villain and forms a team out of her friends and enemies to rule... starting with Gotham. 

The only thing that stands in their way of hostile takeover is Gotham City's Dark Knight himself, and an innocent civilian that's unfortunately caught up within the madness.
