3000 years in the future. Great cities lay in ruin, nature having reclaimed it's place.
For unknown reasons, animals have mutated into dangerous hybrids among themselves. Though, they're not the only hybrids around.

Human-animal hybrids inhabit the wild lands as well, in three tribes. There's the Avian Tribe(s), the Terra Tribe(s), and the Aqua Tribe(s). Constantly, they fight over territories, each trying to dominate the other. Finally after years of conflict, they come upon a agreement of peace. Though, the Terra Tribe(s) never really kept their promise in the agreement.

Lydia Starika, a young avian, finds a strange black-and-green structure unlike any other. And after coming in contact with it, things start to take a turn.

Sparrowson Swallowtail, a friend of Lydia, gets dragged along with Lydia.

Keith Wolvenscow, son of the Terra chief, runs away with his younger brother for reasons unknown (for now).

Akir Brookling from the Aquas, gets dragged along like Sparrow.

Elijah Turner, one of the last remaining pure humans around, is sent out to kill an Avian, but can't get himself to do it after accidently bonding with the one he needed to kill.

Hmmm, I wonder how this will turn out.
