I beg to differ that.", I sassed and got out of his grip ready to move out of the room when he pulled me by my elbow and the next second I was pushed on the visitor's chair. He trapped me completely by keeping his palms on the arms of the chair. "I tried to tell you patiently.", I scoffed at his words. Patience and he don't go in a single sentence. He gripped my chin making me look into his eyes."Now listen carefully Miss, I want you for my niece as her babysitter. Tell me how much you'll take and we can seal the deal." This time it was me who blinked once, twice and thrice. "But I don't want to work for you." See the reason was absolutely clear. I liked the kid since the moment I met her but I hated this man from the moment I gazed into his eyes. "How much?" I frowned."You really think your money can make everyone dance on your tips?" "1200 dollars a week." I rolled my eyes making him lean towards me." 1500?" "Make it 15000 and still I won't work for you.", I retorted and pushed him. I walked to the door and gave him one glance."Next time when you talk to me, make sure you keep all your richness aside. That's one thing that I never want to see you again, you self-centred CEO." "We shall see." . . . Brave but lonely. Passionate but sensitive. That's Arielle Summers. For everyone, Money, Assets and happiness may be supreme but to her, self-respect is prime. Cold and reckless. Commanding and ruthless. That was Nicolas Arnold. He only cared for his niece, his Mama and his friends. Love life didn't exist until- she came into the picture. *No Toxic Relationship. No ex-crush/lover/fiance/wife. The male lead is the uncle of the child in this book, he's not a manwhore. There are no trust issues. * Impressive Ranking: #8 in love among 2.31M on 09/04/22 ©2021 ankitawrites_Xx CC: @YT_BookAwards_Covers

"Do they not say that a good friendship builds on a ground of lies?" I joke, lightening the mood immediately as his green eyes glint in humor and a smirk falls on his familiar lips. "Do you kiss a lot of your friends, love?" The underlying tones threaten to provoke a blush on my cheeks, but I get myself together. Smirking at him, "Well, of course, is that not the norm?" *********** Dakota Moore is the perfect example of a beautiful disaster. Her wisdom is ready to knock anyone down, her self worth is an exact replica of the way her father raised her, and her pain so intense it screams over every building. She refuses to show anyone what's going on behind closed doors, especially when her lovely father gets the traumatic news that he has an incurable disease. Elijah Black is the spur of the moment kind of guy, he's the one no one ever settles with because of his angry outbursts and rude ways. Even though he throws everyone off, except for when they want sexual advances, he still can't help but feel enthralled by the freckled girl who's hiding so many secrets behind a fake smile. As they clash and try to reject the obvious rush, will they accept their attraction, or is everything just too much? After all, how can two ruined teenagers manage a youthful love without destroying themselves in the process? "When I was a little girl I used to read fairy tales. In fairy tales you meet Prince Charming and he's everything you ever wanted. In fairy tales the bad guy is very easy to spot. The bad guy is always wearing a black cape so you always know who he is. Then you grow up and you realize that Prince Charming is not as easy to find as you thought. You realize the bad guy is not wearing a black cape and he's not easy to spot; he's really funny, and he makes you laugh, and he has perfect hair." ~Taylor Swift When Alana was younger, she lived and breathed fairy tales. Cinderella, Rapunzel, Ariel, she knew them all. She had always been hopeful to have a fairy tale of her own. As she grew older she hit the truth of reality. Fairy tales don't ever come true. Although there is one boy who can change her mind, the only question is will her choose to? Buckle down for a novel with many flips and twist as Alana continues on her journey in high school to find a Prince Charming. Whoever said high school was easy, was clearly wrong. *Has not been edited Copyright © 2014 Moonlighthunter3 All Rights Reserved
