In the year 2060, there was once a dark rider who destroyed countless worlds and killed innocent lives with the power of many types of dark riders as he traveled through many different worlds. The name of that rider is called Kamen Rider: Dark Decade! A rider who is a dark mirror of the original Kamen Rider Decade from the Heisei generation. One year later, he and the original Decade fought with each other in a tunnel. Of course, the original Decade defeated him and won when suddenly, something unexpected happened to Dark as his body and soul got transferred to a green-haired baby's mind by the mysterious voice. He was trapped for Years as he watched the daily life of the green-haired baby named "Izuku Midoriya" And in a world of heroes and villains he's in, waiting for something to break free from this mind prison of the green haired child which is until now as when the Sport Festival third event starts, prepare yourselves as you'll witness the return of the Dark Kamen rider, Will he fight and protect the good of others with Izuku Midoriya, or continue killing and destroying worlds all over again... Well let's find out together as the journey between Izuku and Dark Decade starts... NOW!

How long can one endure all the humiliation, bullying and suicial batings until it was too much? Who knows! However, there was one person who would find this out very soon. Izuku Midoriya was born quirkless yet he was trying to do go through his life the best he could, enduring, fighting and standing back all the time. There was not a day he was not actually fighting to survive in the school and his life. Too bad that without anyone backing up that little green bean, was all on his own. There was no one he could really trust and ask for help. In response to all his pent up emotions, nature and his body reacted and perhapse it was also the sheer fact that the small greenette found hismelf in quite the situation where fight or fly was the best he could do..... Without telling too much, find out for yourself how this quirkless kid became not so quirkless and what his quirk was up to and how far it will go to make sure that nothing would happen to Izuku at all. They went to a 'boss' since he's an animal as they looked at the note the next day and found the person, but not in a good position as they're being hired out as both a killer and a kidnapper.
